Congratulations! By formalising your corporate commitment to inclusion, you’ve made the first crucial step to attracting and retaining more diverse talent, reaching more customers and strengthening your company’s reputation using inclusive business practices.

What’s next?

Now that you’ve pledged as an inclusive business, the next step is to help consumers and employees know your company better. To do so, you would need to build your inclusion profile in our Inclusive Business Registry. This requires you to complete our accessibility data modules, which covers amenities for diverse consumers and workplace inclusivity. We suggest rallying your whole team behind this process. Getting everyone involved is a simple way of raising awareness and putting your commitment into action.

Please deliver your company’s accessibility information using the forms below within 30 days of initiating your registration. Depending on how many modules you complete, you will get a differently-coloured Inclusive Business Badge.

Why is this important?

By completing your Business Page, diverse consumers and jobseekers can better understand the facilities available at your place of business.

In addition, you receive the following benefits:

  • A custom-built profile page in our inclusive business registry that reaches over 100,000 diverse jobseekers and consumers in Singapore.

  • A digital 'Inclusive Business' badge for display on your company website.

  • A complimentary Inclusive Business in Asia newsletter that equips business leaders with resources tailored for the Asian business environment delivered to your inbox.

You can also unlock the following paid features:

  • On-call strategic advisory for managers needing content, access to subject-matter experts and overall tactical support to implement inclusive practices in your workplace.

  • Our Inclusive Employers Showcase that enables companies to tell their inclusive business journey in Asia-Pacific with videos and other content alongside employment opportunities.

  • Training that helps managers raise employee awareness and educate teams on diversity, inclusion, managing unconscious bias, managing professional boundaries and more.

Our accessibility modules include:

  1. Amenities for Blind or visually-impaired people

  2. Amenities for Deaf or hard-of-hearing people

  3. Amenities for Walking Aid Users

  4. Amenities for Wheelchair Users

  5. Child Friendly Amenities

  6. Amenities for Transgender people

  7. Workplace Inclusivity

Each module has been built with extensive participation from diverse grassroots groups. We’ve put a lot of work into making these modules business-friendly and easy to use.

Worried that your place of business is not very accessible?

It would be awesome if the entire world is perfect in terms of accessibility. In reality, no place is perfect. Your honesty about the accessibility at your place of business will help thousands of people in our network be better prepared when they visit you. So, don’t be afraid to check “not applicable” in some of the sections.
