You are an individual looking for greater purpose in life after enjoying an exceptional career in business-to-business sales within Asia’s digital space.

Your breadth of experience ranges from leadership in high-level decisions that include product and pricing strategy, to hands-on execution of tactics that gained recurring traction with customers. Having expertise in the talent and recruitment business is an additional feather in your cap.

You have a burning desire to share what you have learned and are excited by an opportunity to put your business acumen and lived experience to good use: supporting a small, fast-moving social business startup on a mission to make it easier for people to find employment, products and services at inclusive companies in Asia.

Our immediate goal is to optimise our business for viability, sustainability and social impact in the Singapore market. Ultimately our vision is to expand our business across the Greater Asia-Pacific region.

What we need from you:

  • A regular appointment in Singapore where your expertise can be tapped as our small team designs, pilots and improves its lean business model, at least once every two weeks for six months.

What you need for the job:

  • Be based in Singapore and able to commit to regular meetings every two weeks at a mutually agreed time and location.

  • A passion to share wisdom gained from a +10 year career in business development, customer traction and sales of digital business tools and/or services in Asia’s small-medium enterprise space. An intimate knowledge of a wide range of market strategies and tactics that deliver sustainable results is essential.

  • Knowledge of recruitment, people and human resource business models is a bonus.

  • Strong professional networks within the financial services and/or tech industry across the Asia-Pacific region an advantage.

  • An intense desire for the world to be a more inclusive place for your children or loved ones.
